This Is It Shops stands behind everything we sell one-hundred percent; we're on the level and will promptly, and gladly, accept your return if you are not satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason. That's why we offer a "BUY IT & TRY IT" for 30 days guarantee so you are not stuck with an item you realize that you really don't want. We accept ALL returns, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of receipt of your order from ANY of This Is It Shops websites. Refunds for returns (in the original packaging if possible) will be promptly provided upon your notification to us that you wish to return your purchase, and after our receipt of your item. We will cover all return shipping costs (heck, we send you a return shipping label) and refund your original shipping charges as well so your FULL purchase price is refunded to you; there are no restocking fees, no penalties, and no hassles.
Simply call us at our toll free number, send us an e-mail, or shoot us a text, (contact information is always provided on our websites), to let us know you are not happy with your purchase; we'll happily tell you how to send us your purchase for a refund. The family here at This Is It Shops prefers happy, satisfied customers and that's why we are willing to extend these return policies for any and all purchases made from This Is It Shops' ecommerce stores. In addition, should you have problems with your purchase after the 30 day refund period, you may contact us for further information, and we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repairs or exchanges.
Shipping Information:
Standard shipping charges are FREE by UPS or FedEx (our choice) to U.S. customers, while our Canadian and UK consumers pay UPS or FedEx International Rates**, which you can calculate right in your shopping cart before Checkout. All domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days of verified payment unless otherwise specified (most orders are shipped the next business day); international orders may require additional processing time. In-transit times vary by shipper - please allow up to 10 days from end of transaction for your purchase to arrive before inquiring. We use UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS as our shipping carriers. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time with no extra cost to the customer on ground orders, notification will be sent immediately if shipping methods change. Insurance is included on all USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex orders with no extra cost.
**Please note that any duties, VAT, or other taxes that may be imposed by customs on international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be waived - we do attempt to use the USPS for international shipments to keep the costs to you, our customer, as low as possible and avoid FedEx and UPS broker fees.
